Principal Broker Tim Perkins has been licensed in real estate in Kentucky since 1996. He worked from 1996-1998 for Buyers Realty and 2005 to 2012 for Central Kentucky Realty & Auction, Inc. before starting his own company in 2012. Tim specializes in the marketing and sale of homes, farms, and bank-owned properties in south-central Kentucky. Tim will work for you and with you to meet your real estate needs, whether that is the purchase of the perfect house, lot, or farm or to sell property.
